KPPM's concerns over the use of songs originated from their group that are posted on Youtube video clips

ខ្ញុំបានឃើញក្នុង គេហទំព័ររបស់លោក មានមនុស្សលួចចំលងយកចម្រៀងរបស់​ ចលនា អំណាចពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ទៅដាក់ជាមួយនឹងរូបវីដេអូ កាត់តតាមបែបត្លុក ដែលមិនមែនជារូបវីដេអូពិត ។

ខ្ញុំសូមជំរាបលោកថា បទចម្រៀងរបស់ ចលនា អំណាចពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ដែលផលិតកម្មយើងបានផលិតទាំងអស់មិនរក្សាសិទ្ធិទេ ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ និងក្រុម​ ចលនា នយោបាយណា ក៏អាចយលទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយបានដែរ តែយើងហាមឃាត់ដាច់ខាត និងមិនអនុញ្ញាត្តិអោយយកទៅដាក់ជាមួយនិងរូវភាពវីដេអូត្លុក កាត់តរបៀបនោះទេ បើចង់ប្រើប្រាស់ចម្រៀងនេះ ត្រូវដាក់រូបភាពវិដេអូ ឬរូបថត ដែលគ្មានការកាត់ត របៀបប្រមាថ ។


ចលនា អំណាចពលរដ្ឋ រិះគន់លើសកម្មភាពពិត តែមិនប្រឌិតប្រមាថបុគ្គលទេ ។

Thank you for the information provided. However, we would like to inform you that:

1- We are not responsible for video clips posted on Youtube that may contain songs originated from the KPPM team. These video clips are distributed by individuals whose contact is posted on their Youtube videos.

2- That being said, if the videos on Youtube allow us to embed them on our website, then we will do so, but the ultimate responsibility of the videos remain with the persons who posted them on Youtube, not us.

In view of your concerns, we believe that you should pursue your concerns with the individuals who post these videos on Youtube. As for us, operating exclusively on our meager personal funds (i.e., not receiving any financial contribution from anyone), our team members cannot afford the luxury to prepare these videos. If you feel that work by the KPPM team is not used appropriately, you can easily find who was responsible for posting them on Youtube directly and we urge you to pursue this issue directly with Google who owns Youtube either to have these videos removed from Youtube and/or ban the individuals responsible for them from using Youtube anymore.

ការជូនដំណឹងរបស់យើង គ្រាន់តែជំរាបអោយដឹងថា ចលនា អំណាចពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ទទួលខុសត្រូវតែលើខ្លឹមសារ នៃ បទចម្រៀងដែល យើងផលិតប៉ុណ្ណោះ ប៉ុន្តែរូបភាពកាត់ត យកក្បាលមនុស្ស​ដាក់លើខ្លួនឆ្កែ និងរូបភាពកាត់តដ៏ទៃទៀត ដែលមិនមែនជារូបពិតទាំងអស់ នោះវាមិនមែនជាការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់​ ចលនា អំណាចពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ឡើយ ។
