ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណបណ្ឌិត ហុក សុវណ្ណ ពីវត្តខ្មែរកាណាដា ក្នុងទីក្រុងម៉ុងរេអាល់ មានថេរដេកាថា ការចេញឃ្លាំមើលរបស់ព្រះសង្ឃក្នុងការធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ឬកូដកម្មអហិង្សា មិនផ្ទុយទៅនឹងធម៌វិន័យនៃព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនានោះឡើយ។
ព្រះអង្គក៏បានទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ រួមទាំងគណសង្ឃទាំងអស់ត្រូវប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវសីលធម៌ថ្លៃថ្នូរក្នុងនាមជាប្រទេសគោរពព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា និងជាប្រធានអាស៊ាន ដែលមិនត្រូវធ្វើបាបពលរដ្ឋរបស់ខ្លួនឲ្យរងទុក្ខវេទនាខ្លោចផ្សានោះឡើយ។
សូមអញ្ជើញលោកអ្នកនាងស្ដាប់កិច្ចសម្ភាសន៍តាមទូរស័ព្ទរបស់លោក តាំង សារ៉ាដា ជាមួយព្រះតេជព្រះគុណបណ្ឌិត ហុក សុវណ្ណ ដែលមានសេចក្ដីដូចតទៅ៖
Ven. Hok Savann, Ph. D., from the Khmer Pagoda in Montreal, Canada, said that monitoring by Buddhist monks during peaceful demonstration and strike is not contrary to Buddhist rule.
Ven. Hok Savann demands that the Phnom Penh regime and the Buddhist clergy upholds good order as a Buddhist country and as the chairman of ASEAN. Cambodia should not inflict hardship on her people.
